Google Meet is your cloud-based application that lets you video conference and share your screen during online meetings. Google Meet is similar to Teams or FaceTime.
Google Chat is your cloud-based application that lets you instant message with a single colleague or groups of colleagues. Google Chat is similar to Teams or Messenger.

Google Forms is your cloud-based application that lets you create surveys and quizzes and collect data. Google Forms is similar to Microsoft Forms or Apple Forms.
Google Forms are used to conduct surveys and quizzes to collect information and data from an individual or a group of people. Google Forms are either sent via email to be filled out or a shared link is used to access the form.
From your email or from the shared link, open the Google Form. Instructions and questions will appear on the form relevant to the topic.
There are a few formats for different types of questions.
For example, a yes or no question can be answered by clicking on the circle to the left of the pre-filled answer selection.
A question that can be answered with multiple choices will appear with a tick box to the left of the pre-filled answer selection.
A question that can be answered with a number scale will appear horizontally with a low to high option and the relevant scaling options in between. Simply select the preferred number in the scale by clicking on the circle below the number to answer the question.
