• Prior to commencing the rollout of the suggested recommendations, Honestally propose to form a workgroup who will support a complete in-environmental testing and proof of concept of the selected solutions, to ensure all facets of the business process are met and to identify any necessary adjustments. 

• Based on the outcome of scrutiny and pressure testing make the strategic decision of which solution pathway to undertake. 

• Commence application implementation and change management in a sequenced order to limit the disruption on the organisation as much as possible and spread cost.
