Google has provided us with access to a dedicated help centre all about Chrome Devices!
We've been busy putting together a help centre to ensure that there is more instructions, guides and help available to Columbia team members. Importantly, answers to common IT support tickets will be posted in the help centre so we can all learn from each other.

Product Champions are specially trained staff members who are ready and willing to help you with everything IT! We will do our best to roster product champions on as many shifts as possible. They can be easily identified by their Chrome Project badge!
You can call the Honestally Team if you need help. We will:
Talk to you about your problem and try to find the solution.
Set up a webinar with you and teach you what you need to know.
Talk with your Product Champions about one-on-one peer support.
We are available 9:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays and will always try to answer outside of these hours.
